Pilates instructor and studio owner, Chandler has been teaching Pilates since 2010. As a life long dancer, she has danced professionally in numerous companies and eventually produced her own company, Joslin Contemporary Dance Company. Throughout her dance years, she understood the importance of taking care of your body with movement, working correctly and efficiently. Recovering from a dance injury, she began her Pilates journey with getting her comprehensive certification through the BASI school, and has since continued her education with multiple workshops and certifications over the years. Chandler has since furthered her study in the classical method, working with Master Teachers such as Mari Winsor, MeJo Wiggin, Chris Robinson, Moses Urbano, Brett Howard, and many more. She also enjoys mentoring Pilates trainees during their Pilates Apprenticeship to help them become certified instructors. Working with dancers, rehabilitation clients, elite athletes, or anyone looking to move better in their everyday life, Chandler loves sharing the work of Joseph Pilates with each new person that she meets.

Shelly's love for Pilates began after her dresege instructors recommend she take Pilates so she could address imbalances in her riding. From the very first lesson, Shelly was impressed with her body's immediate response to the Pilates method. She had the great gift of training under Theresa Cock for 2 years, a third generation Chacha Guerrero Instructor of Pilates Heritage in Arlington, TX. Shelly's passion for Pilates led her to undergo instructor training in 2021 under the expertise of Emily Wills, owner of Century Pilates studio in Arlington. She has also completed certifications in Cooper Training, Schwinn Power Cycle, AFA, ACE, VBarre, and Level 2 Century Pilates Instructor Certified, working towards Level 4.
