Small Group Classes

Logo of Aledo Pilates featuring a stylized person in a Pilates pose.

Focused 6 person small group training, attentive instruction, and consistent progression.

Our small group classes are intentionally limited and highly coached. They’re designed for clients who enjoy the energy of a group setting while still valuing precision, safety, and attentive instruction.

Many clients combine classes with private sessions to reinforce movement quality and address individual needs. Others join classes after building a foundation through one-on-one work, allowing them to move with greater confidence, clarity, and consistency in a group environment.

Unlike large fitness classes, our small group training environment allows instructors to observe, coach, and progress each client with greater attention and precision.

What to Expect

  • Classes are limited to just 6 participants, allowing instructors to provide meaningful feedback, individualized guidance, and attentive coaching throughout each session.
  • Emphasis on movement quality, control, and safe progression
  • Best suited for clients who have some familiarity with Pilates or are looking to complement their private training with a consistent group practice.
  • A limited weekly schedule to maintain attention and consistency

Is small group class the right fit for you?

Small group classes are a strong fit for clients who enjoy a shared training environment and have some familiarity with Pilates, or are working alongside with private training sessions.

These classes are instructor-led and progression-based, with an emphasis on movement quality, control, and thoughtful progression over time.

If you’re new to Pilates or unsure how to apply this style of training, we recommend beginning with private sessions. This establishes a foundation that allows you to step into class with clarity and progress more effectively over time.
