A Different Way to Workout

Come experience the joy of movement with Pilates in our home studio in Aledo, Texas.  Using unique and state-of-the-art pieces of equipment, we are able to transform the body using just springs as resistance.

How Is It Different?

The Pilates equipment challenges your body to work directly from your core and helps focus on the small, stabilizing muscles that support the body in its most functional way.

Something For Everyone

Whether dealing with an injury, wanting to increase athletic performance, or just feel good in your everyday life, Pilates serves all of these purposes and more.

Lindsay discovered Pilates in 2013 after having her first child. She began in an effort to lose the baby weight but ultimately found something much greater. In addition to dropping pounds she noticed more muscle definition, a stronger core, improved flexibility and better alignment. After seeing such positive improvements she wanted to share her passion and earned her Anatomy and Comprehensive Mat certifications through Balanced Body in 2015. The following year she was certified with the Bodybar team and currently instructs using the Reformer, Tower and EXO Chair.
Growing up in Southern California, she spent countless hours surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, running and doing yoga. With such a diverse physical background she appreciates the variety of challenges Pilates offers and is always finding new ways to expand on her practice both physically and mentally.
