Aledo Pilates is an instructor-led studio. Our teachers bring depth of training, years of teaching experience, and thoughtful attention to every session — whether in private work or small group classes.
We believe great instruction is calm, observant, and responsive. Our instructors are here to guide movement with clarity, offer meaningful modifications, and support clients over time — not putting them through a set format.
Our instructors work with a wide range of clients, including those new to Pilates, returning after injury or surgery, lifelong movers, and individuals seeking consistent, high-quality instruction. With intentionally small class sizes and a private-forward model, instructors are able to see how you move and meet you where you are on any given day.

Pilates instructor and studio owner, Chandler has been teaching Pilates since 2010. As a life long dancer, she has danced professionally in numerous companies and eventually produced her own company, Joslin Contemporary Dance Company. Throughout her dance years, she understood the importance of taking care of your body with movement, working correctly and efficiently. Recovering from a dance injury, she began her Pilates journey with getting her comprehensive certification through the BASI school, and has since continued her education with multiple workshops and certifications over the years. Chandler has since furthered her study in the classical method, working with Master Teachers such as Mari Winsor, MeJo Wiggin, Brooke Siler, Chris Robinson, Moses Urbano, Brett Howard, and many more. She also enjoys mentoring Pilates trainees during their Pilates Apprenticeship to help them become certified instructors. Working with dancers, rehabilitation clients, elite athletes, or anyone looking to move better in their everyday life, Chandler loves sharing the work of Joseph Pilates with each new person that she meets.

Leanne is a caring and invested Pilates and movement instructor. She is a National Certified Pilates Teacher and Balance Body Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, as well as a certified Neurosensory Specialist and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. Leanne’s personal movement journey began early in life playing sports then through sailing at the Naval Academy and serving in the Navy. Her movement focus shifted to Pilates and a whole-body healing approach when traditional medicine and movement fell short in managing her chronic pain. Her health journey gives her a unique sense on how the body moves and heals as a system.
In addition to possessing a solid foundation in Pilates, Leanne has multifaceted training to strengthen the body and aid healing through movement. A few of the areas she has studied are fascia and pain science, movement for trauma, swelling protocols, shoulder/overhead injuries, foot health and visceral and neural mobility. She continues to pursue higher education that will benefit all of her clients.
The definitive transformation in her clients’ overall health, their increased energy, significant decrease in pain, and elevation of their sport with consistent practice and focus is why Leanne loves her work.
