Private sessions are the foundation of our studio. This is where clients receive individualized attention, tailored programming, and the depth of coaching needed to support injury history, performance goals, and long-term movement health.
Whether you’re managing joint replacements, returning from injury, training alongside sport, or simply want to move better over time, private sessions allow us to meet you exactly where you are and build intelligently from there.
This one-on-one work provides the clarity needed to refine movement quality, manage training load, and address the subtle asymmetries and protective strategies that accumulate with high-level sport. The result is greater efficiency, improved force transfer, and performance longevity — supporting availability and recovery without adding unnecessary volume or fatigue to an already demanding training.
Private sessions are ideal for clients who want individualized attention and a long-term approach to movement, including:
Private sessions allow us to work with your body — not a template. Every session is guided by your movement history, goals, and capacity, whether that includes injury recovery, athletic performance, or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence.
This is not corrective exercise in isolation, and it’s not generic fitness. It’s intentional movement education, delivered one-on-one, designed to support clarity, resilience, and movement longevity — so progress is built thoughtfully, not rushed.
Sessions may include work on the Reformer, Tower, CoreAlign, Barrel, and small props, along with mat-based movement, mobility, strength, and coordination — all selected and adapted to your needs on that day.
Each session is progressive, thoughtful, and responsive, allowing your body to build capacity without rushing or forcing change. The focus is on quality, clarity, and consistency, so progress feels steady, supported, and sustainable.
Most clients attend private sessions once or twice per week. Frequency depends on your movement history, current needs, and what you’re working toward within a given timeframe — whether that’s recovering from injury, preparing for an event, or building consistency.
We’ll help you determine a level of frequency that supports meaningful progress without feeling overwhelming, so improvements build steadily and last.
Most new clients begin with a series of private sessions. This allows us to understand your movement history, goals, and current capacity, and to tailor the work appropriately from the start.
From there, we’ll help you determine next steps — whether continuing with private sessions, integrating small group classes, or adjusting frequency over time. The process is straightforward, collaborative, and designed to support steady, sustainable progress.
Private session availability is limited and managed by each instructor. If you don’t see a time that works in MindBody, please contact the studio directly—additional availability is often reserved for new client sessions, and we’re happy to help coordinate your starting point.
